Dr. Pratekk Chaturvedi is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Ironhill India, the country’s largest microbrewery chain. A pioneer of India’s craft beer revolution, Dr. Chaturvedi worked with the Government of Maharashtra in 2007 to frame India’s first microbrewery policy and went on to establish the country’s first craft brewery — Doolally. He later founded Ministry of Beer, further strengthening his legacy in the brewing industry. Following the pandemic in 2020, Dr. Chaturvedi transitioned from entrepreneurship to corporate leadership, joining BrewDog — the world’s largest craft beer brand — as COO, India. In June 2025, he took on the role of COO at Ironhill India, where he now leads both the brand’s national growth and international expansion initiatives.
