He believes in empowering his team to service each customer with utmost attention & care. He draws from his background of Human Resources to work closely with the HR team. Dedicated to making Brik Oven process-oriented, he lays out a foundation for SOPs which the team further builds on & executes right down to the sequence of serving, with training modules that include audits & checklists for every department. Determining the standards of quality for service & ensuring the ethos of Brik Oven is instilled into every member of the team are his biggest endeavors. A top-job to keep a business running is making sure all statutory compliances are adhered to, and Anvesh is the go-to man for this.
One of Anvesh’s top qualities is his people skill. This not only helps with customers who walk into the restaurants, but also with external partners & internal teams. Anvesh overlooks the growth of Brik Oven on 3rd party aggregators & online platforms ensuring the ability to reach more customers for incremental business.
With his partner, Anvesh has built incredible foresight to upgrade the future of Brik Oven; by identifying possible upcoming locations with a data-driven approach by marrying readily available online aggregator data with the realities of offline expansion.
Anvesh is also an avid reader. He loves reading books about business strategy, psychology, how teams work & what makes them work. Anvesh believes that how you treat your team is how they treat their teams. And so, he aims to learn everyday to become a better leader & set an example for his team.

A supremely passionate person, his first love is Wildlife Photography – capturing the essence of a being in its very element & creating a visual story excites him. A close second interest is fitness & health. Anvesh relies on working out to keep him sane & driven. “How the body feels, the mind feels.”
With his roots in Andhra’s lush green paddy fields, his upbringing in the farm life molded Anvesh to appreciate sustainability & conservation. His favorite way to spend time is in the outdoors with his wife & kids – conservation is a big part of the plan for his future & his goal is to ultimately build a self-sufficient natural ecosystem to live in.
