Mr. Shashank’s MBA in Operations and Finance provided a strong foundation for streamlining Niloufer operations that significantly enhanced efficiency and productivity. He spearheaded the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that paved way for keeping the brand timeless yet relevant in a highly competitive industry.
Under the leadership of the father-son duo, Cafe Niloufer has experienced remarkable growth. From a single 800sft outlet until 2011, today the brand is present across 5 locations in Hyderabad and their upcoming establishment marking the launch of India’s Biggest Tea Cafe at Hitec City. Cafe Niloufer has redefined the tea-drinking experience in India, blending exceptional hospitality with unwavering commitment to quality and consistency.
