Mr. Raymond Andrews, had built an impressive corporate career in telecom and financial services for over 15 years before turning a full time entrepreneur in 2015. He is an MBA from Symbiosis in Pune (SIMS) and holds an MA in Economics.
Biryani Blues was launched in 2013 by Aparna Andrews and him, a husband-wife duo who quit their corporate careers to follow their passion of being entrepreneurs. Their mission was to “Serve great quality products, at a value for money price, delivered on time, every time!” Biryani Blues has always focused on providing delectable Hyderabadi cuisine, and great pains are taken to ensure the distinct rich & lingering taste that comes from authentic ‘dum’ cooking.
Biryani Blues, today is North India’s largest Biryani focused Quick Service Restaurant chain with about 70 Outlets across 10 cities and dishing out over 2 million biryanis each year. They take pride in giving a personalized biryani experience – My Biryani, My Way!
This year Biryani Blues is focused on entering newer geographies, and plans to expand their footprint to reach 100 outlets, across the south and west of India. With the aim to be the first brand of choice “think Biryani, think Biryani Blues.”
