The founders, Mr. Raghavendra Rao (Co-Founder & CEO) and Mrs. Divya Raghavendra Rao (Co-Founder & Managing Director) started ‘The Rameshwaram Cafe’ with an aim to provide original, unfiltered South Indian flavours globally. Former Mechanical Engineer Graduate, Mr. Raghavendra Rao has over 20+ years of experience in the food industry and is also the founder and promoter of IDC Kitchen, heads Operations at The Rameshwaram Cafe.

A Chartered Accountant, Mrs. Divya Raghavendra Rao is a post graduate from IIMA in Finance & Management and a member of Managing Committee at Bangalore Branch of South Indian Regional Council of ICAI. She has over 12+ years of experience and heads the Management and Finance Department at The Rameshwaram Cafe. Over the years, both the founders have received many awards and accolades for their impeccable contribution in their respective fields
