He is an accomplished Chef, an erudite Academician, a conversant Leader, a proficient Administrator and an eminent personality with 32 years (9 years in Industry and since 1999 on words in academics) of competence experience – both in hotel operations & academics. Scholastically, he pursued Doctorate in Food and Nutrition in 2022 from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. His study focused on Prevalence and assessment of antecedents of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors and effect of diet and lifestyle intervention among the hotel employees was undertaken. This study has very relevant theoretical and practical implications to the academic fraternity and industry professionals. He also has MBA and adorned as a Distinguished Member of the esteemed “Institute of Hospitality”, London.
