With a career spanning over two decades, Chef Anupam brings a wealth of culinary experience gained from his tenure in prominent flagship hotels affiliated with renowned hospitality brands, including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels, and Marriott International.

In his new capacity at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Chef Anupam is entrusted with the leadership of culinary operations, with a keen focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and cultivating the unique Ritz-Carlton mystique for our discerning patrons.

A dynamic epicurean at heart, Chef Anupam is on a relentless quest to explore sustainable and locally-sourced ingredients. He skillfully employs these elements to craft extraordinary dining experiences within our bespoke restaurants. Throughout Chef Anupam Gulati’s distinguished career, he has assumed a multitude of pivotal roles. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., Chef Gulati’s journey has encompassed significant positions such as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, AVP Culinary Operations at FreshMenu, Executive Chef with Marriott International, and Executive Chef at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. Chef Anupam Gulati’s extensive and diverse experience reflects his commitment to the culinary world.

Chef Anupam Gulati pursued his culinary passion with dedication, graduating from the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management Lucknow in 2001. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in menu engineering, kitchen management, food and beverage operations, and gastronomy, along with an acute understanding of expenses and food cost management.
