I’m Akanksha, a marketer, growth strategist, and the face behind @chaloo.fir.

To be honest, This city has shaped my journey by giving me the space to build, experiment, and tell stories around food, culture, and community. I grew up watching food shows and dreaming of discovering great food, especially by Vinod Dua and his joy for eating and storytelling. Alongside content creation, I’ve built my career working with brands across entertainment, F&B, healthcare, and infrastructure. I’m grateful to do both together, and delighted to share this space and learn alongside fellow content creators, founders, industry experts, philosophers, and some of the finest minds the industry has to offer.
