Ajit GS is a Bengaluru-based hospitality entrepreneur best known for founding Flo Club & Kitchen and serving as a principal partner at Crimson & Clover Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. A true Bangalorean at heart and an alumnus of BITM – Bellary , Ajit began his career with EY and KPMG, where he developed a sharp understanding of consumer behaviour and business strategy. His corporate experience laid the foundation for his return to his first passion – hospitality. He went on to establish Eat Repeat India and several successful local ventures, building a strong track record in conceptualising, launching, and scaling F&B experiences across Bengaluru. With Crimson & Clover Hospitality, Ajit brings his brands under one cohesive umbrella, spearheading the growth of Flo Club & Kitchen and Central Bar District (CBD). Ajit’s strength lies in combining strategic leadership with a deep understanding of the city’s social pulse. His approach to venue design, operations, and programming reflects both entrepreneurial agility and creative vision, positioning him as one of the driving forces behind Bengaluru’s evolving F&B and nightlife landscape.
