B.A.R. Mohamed Ali, from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, was born into an influential family with political and business backgrounds. His father established MM Transport Bus fleet company, Indian oil petrol bunks, Mango Estates in Chittoor, and a real estate business in Bangalore. After graduating from Venkateshwara University, Mr. Ali came to Bangalore to study M.Sc. Afterwards, he settled in Bengaluru and started expanding his family business. In 2007, he took on the challenge of starting Meghana Foods in Bangalore, achieving remarkable success and expanding the brand as a Managing Partner. In 2022, he handed over Meghana Foods to his son, Mr. Mansoor Ali, who holds PGDBM (USA) and MBA (UK) degrees. Building on this momentum, he established the Narmada Group of Hotels in 2022, further solidifying his position in the hospitality industry. He opened 10 branches in Bangalore, Chennai, and Dubai, and has plans for 6 more in 2025.
